The Vista is the newest home in the collection and the only one with two kings. The resort-style backyard has a heated pool and heated hot tub with the heat included, a large patio, sun loungers, a gas fire pit and gas grill, and a putting green set against murals on the brick walls, with the real mountains rising behind them: the endless mountain views guests keep writing about.
The house is newly renovated, one level and open concept, with a 65-inch TV in the main living space and a second lounge with a 55-inch TV, a Pac-Man arcade game and foosball. The kitchen is stocked and labeled, the coffee bar is full, toiletries are stocked, and pool floaties and toys are provided.
The primary suite has a king bed, its own mini-split climate control, a walk-in shower, a 55-inch TV, walk-in closets and full-length mirrors; the second king bedroom has mini-split climate control and a walk-in closet; the queen bedroom has a work desk. Ceiling fans in every room, free WiFi, a washer, garage parking, and green space behind the house, so there are neighbors on only two sides.
